Who operates Skillkin
Skillkin is a project of Codebridge Technology, Inc. ("Codebridge", "we" or "us"). Our address is 8 The Green, Suite 12848, Dover, DE 19901, United States. These terms govern use of skillk.in and its features.
The platform supports AI projects, ongoing services and hiring. You must be at least 18 to register and have authority to act for any company you represent.
Your account and access
Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Do not share sign-in codes. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent allowed by applicable law. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Moderation and publication
Profiles and requests undergo moderation. The platform owner approves publication, and the client's publication consent is required. We may ask for clarification, reject content or restrict access for rule violations. An approval label indicates moderation, but does not guarantee a participant's identity, qualifications, ability to pay or work results.
You may choose to request an offer from Codebridge first. This optional route does not oblige you to buy Codebridge services or authorize publication without your consent.
Agreements and payments
Posting and applying are currently free, with no platform commission. Skillkin does not collect payment for work, hold funds, or provide escrow, payment protection or a refund guarantee. Participants arrange and make payments directly.
Before starting, agree the scope, timeline, price, third-party AI costs, acceptance and revisions, confidentiality and rights to deliverables. Selecting an offer and updating work statuses helps record agreements. Participants arrange the contracts, taxes and hiring terms they need; applicable law determines the legal effect of their actions.
Using Skillkin alone does not make Codebridge a party to your transaction or your employer. If you hire Codebridge itself, separate terms will govern that work. Any future paid features will have terms disclosed in advance; this version introduces no charges.
Content and rights
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you authorize Codebridge to store, technically process and display it as needed to operate Skillkin with the visibility you choose. This permission does not transfer ownership of your projects or deliverables to us.
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not put secrets, access keys or other people's personal data into public requests or portfolios without a lawful basis. Rights to deliverables between client and professional depend on their agreement and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation, spam, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination, fake reviews or portfolios, intellectual property infringement, malware, bypassing access controls and collecting other users' non-public data are prohibited. Requests must concern AI and describe lawful work.
Agree the use of AI, any sharing with external providers and review of results with the client. Listing a project on Skillkin does not certify the safety, accuracy or lawfulness of the resulting AI solution.
Reports and restrictions
You can report a profile, request or message in the interface, or contact us about moderation and review of a decision. Include a relevant link and facts. We may restrict access or remove content to address violations and protect the platform. Participants resolve payment, hiring and work-quality disputes themselves; assistance from our team is not arbitration or a compensation guarantee.
Availability and responsibility
We maintain the platform but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of opportunities, employment or a completed deal. Assess counterparties and keep separate copies of important contracts and deliverables. External websites and services operate under their own terms.
The parties' liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, governing law and contact
We publish the current version here with an update date. Material changes to the terms of use will be accompanied by a notice on the platform. Where a new feature requires separate consent, we will request it separately.
