How cookies work here
A cookie is a small value your browser stores for a website. Ours bind a code request to your browser and identify your session after sign-in. They are set as part of signing in. A separate cookie saves your language only after you select it manually. These cookies are not used for advertising profiling.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block Skillkin cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out; blocking necessary cookies prevents account access. Public pages can be read without signing in. An explicit language in the page address takes priority. For addresses without a language, we use your saved choice, then browser languages, with English as the fallback. Deleting the language cookie resets that preference; the picker still works without saving it. Geolocation is not used to choose a language.
The site currently does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking and includes no advertising or analytics trackers. If we introduce optional technologies, we will update this explanation and request consent where required. External sites you visit through links are governed by their own policies.
